I had an issue so I called this company to have a Notice of Commencement removed. I was in the middle of telling the person who I needed to speak with, then the man hung the phone up as I was talking. I called back told him he had hung up on me while I was talking and didn't give me the chance to finish as I said I was a homeowner and so forth. My association in Oakland Park contracted this company to do some repair work to roofs over several units as well as in our club house. Within weeks of the work being completed - the repairs failed. Despite paying an additional cost for a warranty the company failed to respond to call, emails, and texts. Buyer beware. This company does not stand for its own work.
