I get a lot of my nails/ framing supplies here and these guys are the best. Only the best name brand tools at a fair price, no longer do I have to order Occidental bags online or stiletto hammers, tajima chalk boxes, etc from Amazon. 🤙
I came in looking for a few items, and they guys at the front desk were really knowledgeable. They were able to help with what I needed, and they also Makita and Milwaukee power tools.
Good prices
I had a warranty issue with a new compact Paslode nailer where I was directed to Southern Carlson for repair or replacement. There was a logistics issue, unrelated to the nailer repair/replacement itself, that I initially was frustrated with SC. This was rectified by Jeff , the manager, who promptly and very professionally took care of my warranty issue above and beyond. Much appreciated.
Stellar customer service. I ordered some toolbags through my employer Mandere Construction. They normally deal with big business orders but were very attentive to take care of my small order as well! Thank you Scott, Jeff, and Chris for your good work and attitudes!
