They were very informative over the phone and my instinct got me to come here and when I did they explained alot to me on how to maintain the tires and alignment, very informative with a video presentation. Business like this with integrity they really want us truckers to be on the road safe and save our money, their passion is loyalty and they got mine , very honest and I thought kingpins were bad and wasn't the case, thanks to their management and team. Prices are good. But they need to get there wording right. Saying Firestone for 1000 dollar with alignment is a tricky way to charge. You can find 16ply Firestone for 1k any where so there is nothing special about it. I have confirmed multiple time that alignment will be included but at the end the twist of wording comes to play. Fast service no complaint there.
