Dr. Avoian is a great doctor. I highly recommend for everyone .
Very knowledgeable at what they do. Dr. Lusine Simonyants, is simply amazing and I am happy to be under her care.
UPDATE ON BELOW: Increased from 1 to 3 (and we will see how appointment goes). The person actually called me back a few minutes later (moments after pressing post on this). Was friendly and scheduled me. So, I'd say it's a 3 right now - average between horrible experience and very pleasant one. Prior post: Received call (message) that authorization received and to schedule appointment concerning breathing issue. I called back promptly. The staff is unfriendly, incompetent and rude . She will put you on hold for more than 30 minutes . She will not follow up with the pharmacy if they get the prescription. She said it’s not their job to check why the fax she is sending is not being received or it has failed even if she has sent it 3x she doesn’t care at all because it’s not in her job description to follow up . Worst service considering the patient is elderly and cannot demand for their rights .
