The providers and the doctors are amazing, nice and very helpful. I love them very much and if I could, I'd rate them 5 stars. I felt very cared for by my doctors there. But the rating is so low, because their receptionists are really mean and rude. I would rate them all 1 star for this reason. Calling them is difficult because I get put on hold for long periods of time, and when I do get through, they speak to me in such a mean and uncaring tone. The front desk is so rude. I believe her name is Sarineh. Called and asked for help and she kept cutting me off without hearing my question. She shouldn’t be in healthcare if she’s not willing to help people. One of the rudest people I’ve ever come across.
Top of the line lung specialist. The inside is beautiful and comfortable. Dr. Katrin is so nice and thoroughly informative. It is worth the drive. 10 star rating.
Dr Simonyants is such an outstanding, intelligent and caring provider. She listens explains well and gives you exactly what you need to feel better. The office is well organized, clean and very spacious. The reception desk was very helpful and patient . I was seen within 10-15 minutes of arrival. This clinic is an underrated gem in Glendale.
