Brent & his people do not care about your property. They only collect the rent and don't do any inspections during the contract of your property and renters. Brent & his people allows the renters to destroy your house in any way they want. At the end of the contract, if is a year or two or whatever time occurs, Brent never puts a foot on your property. Brent is a very smart businessman. He has been very responsible and professional running the business. I really like his business model which is fair to both tenant and owner. His manager, Mark, is also very responsive to my concerns. I think it's a great company to work with. I feel fortunate to find this company to manage my property.

I had originally left the review above for this company 1 month before move out date. However, now that we have moved out, the company has deducted $370 from our security deposit claiming that the charges were for damages to the property - replacing light bulbs, painting over nail holes we patched, and cleaning the carpet (which we left in clean condition).
