Great place great staff and dr Lercel gives the best injections
I don’t recommend coming here unless you have nothing else to do. Even though I had an 8am appointment they booked over 10 people at the same time and didn’t even see the people in the order they arrived. It took an 1.5 hours even though I was the first one here at 8am….talk about a waste of time and then they forgot to give me back the copy of my MRI.
They are constantly overbooked and understaffed. They charge you $50 if you miss you appointment yet the average wait time is 45mins. If you have other options take them.
The visit was very pleasant despite Covid-19 the new patient paperwork is a bit too much I would suggest updated the system to digital so people may have the option to fill out ahead of time online or on their phone. The staff was extremely helpful/nice seeing how i'm currently disabled due to my fractured ankle. Dr. Gupta is very nice and professional. he has kind eyes
