You will see him and he will send you for tests if needed and no matter how much pain you are in and how many times you call him after that visit, he will ignore you. He cant bill you for a phone call. I was in indescribable pain and wanted to know the results of my CT scan and how he was going to help me. I called his office 6 times and left 6 messages! Nothing. It is unfortunate that people will give 1 star due to billing issue or something that was out of the doctors control, I found the staff to be helpful with figuring out my insurance and found Dr. Sul to be a kind and smart gastroenterologist, who made me feel comfortable and helped with my issue. I would recommend SCMGG to anyone in the area.
When my doctor found a large mass in my colon, a mass that had to be removed in the hospital, Dr. Sul got me in right away. I had a wedding in Spain the next week so it was urgent. I finally decided to skip the wedding but continued with Sul. He is always very busy but he and his crew act quickly. He's curred muy IBS which was getting worse every year. One SMC gastroenterologist and his nurse left me 10 days without returning my call. Then I found Sul. He actually called me at 7:30pm to make sure I was OK before flying to Sp... read more
They need to fire Dr. Sul. He is not a doctor. I would report him to the medical board if I had enough time, or sue him as a lawyer.
