The acute care rehab center is beyond amazing. All nurses and staff are so caring and go above and beyond to take care of your loved one. The therapist are great, caring ,skilled and work very hard to get your loved one back to prior level of function. Avi, the rehab director and Emily the social worker are extremely caring and made sure our father is having a very comfortable stay. The ARU Therapy unit is really good (ask for Mikey, Irena, Paul, Beth,or Alex). I spent under two weeks there for PT, OT, and SLP and they did wonders for me after my stroke.

This place was incredibly unsanitary and the staff were unprofessional. It took me 4 hours to be seen. There were times I tried checking to see when I would be seen, and there was no receptionist at the front desk. There was trash left from a former patient, and the seats were not clean. They were also blasting really loud TV in the waiting room. It is concerning they have such a considerable lack of care for people who are sick.
