The communication with making appointments can be unnecessarily difficult. Sharp app does not allow patients to make automated appointments online, therefore, you must deal with the receptionists.

The communication from the front desk to the manager of SCG&L is absolutely terrible. Example. Last appointment Aug 5th. At this appointment Dr. Szu tells the receptionist to make a video/call appointment for in two weeks. The receptionist makes it an in-person appointment. Therefore, it is the morning of tge appointment and I start to check-in. Guess what? In-person appointment at 230pm. Outstanding! For years I’ve been struggling with sleep apnea and didn’t know it but thanks to Dr Hassanein team and Rhoda Gonzalez NP I was put on a CPAP Machine and the very first night actually next morning I noticed a huge difference what I thought was just part of just old age and normal was actually not and there was a cure!!! It’s been getting better everyday.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this medical provider. My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The customer service is poor, staff are often unresponsive, and getting assistance is unnecessarily difficult. One of the biggest issues is that they rarely answer their phones. Calls frequently go unanswered, making it frustrating to schedule appointments, ask questions, or follow up on important medical concerns.
