Hiring Patrick O'Leary has been the biggest mistake. We started with this nightmare in August of 2013. He has falsely claimed that he was a licensed contractor and an authorized dealer if Napolean fireplaces when in reality he is neither of the two. He not only is not licensed but does not even have a business license. We unfortunately realized this fact much later after giving Patrick a business of over $15,000.
