They automated service system on their number keeps suggesting to use to website to make it faster, but their website doesn't work for shit?? It always says "this page is down". The website doesn't have our address, so I try calling their number but nobody answers and keeps redirecting us to their website!! The only ones that can answer is their emergency number and they have to transfer us, but then it hangs up! I don't want to be wasting the emergency operators time either. These guys don't seem to know what they're doing, which is charging absurd amounts. Solar does nothing but make it worse.
