People should attend a city meeting and bring the issue to the Mayer of mission Viejo maybe something gets done about the below zero customer service .
These people are WORTHLESS! I live in a senior living community in Woodbridge Irvine. Sick people NEED their electrical power and we've been sitting here for HOURS. No maintenance trucks to be found, no human being to talk to. It has now been HOURS and absolutely nothing? In one of the richest cities in California? Just like Pacific Palisades, these people could give a rats rear end about us. Unless they're charging us through the roof 😡😡😡😡😡 No wonder everyone wants to leave California
