It is next to impossible to get phone support from SCE. It is 100% automated. If I had the option to change providers I would have already.
Lousy service with power outages happening almost monthly in Irvine in 2025! Unfortunately, there is no accountability or sense of ownership to do a good job. Nothing is publicized about reason for outages and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
