I went there because the website said you could do business in person. When I got there the door said no and directed to you the phone number and website. I guess that is how you can treat your customers when you have a monopoly. This must be all thanks to the PUC. They are there for the company not for the residents of California.
They have LOUSY customer service! The agents answering the emergency line could barely English. I called to report a downed power line today and the broad who answered the phone could not speak ENGLISH! WHY DO AMERICAN COMPANIES OUTSOURCE CUSTOMER SERVICE? LOUSYT SERVICE EDISON!
Unfortunately, more than three months of my time have been spent dealing with this company’s AI system, and the website system also didn’t work properly, so my account issue wasn’t resolved, and my phone was disconnected without my problem being fixed.
