Horrible infrastructure, they turn off power to the Big Bear Valley to allow usage down the hill
Never answers and customer service is terrible I can’t set up electricity because my address isn’t on the website and it will only let me use the website make it make sense

Customer service is a joke, they will tell you transfer service online or on the app after waiting on hold for over half an hour.
