I have had a horrible experience with SCE. We have no power for 2 nights. Can't talk to a human and they don't update us. Our block is one of the only ones without power. Story pl. My son lives in Monrovia close to the fire and HE has power. My neighbors and I will be letting SCE know we are not happy.
Absolutely awful, this company’s website is broken and you can't get a hold of anyone.
Useless, there are no other words. We experience power shortages almost every month. In the past few months, we’ve had more than five outages. Food has gone sour; I’m working from home but can’t do anything. I’ve been waiting for more than a day to get the power back. There are either no notifications about what happened, or they keep pushing back the time they post about when the power will be restored. Have to wait 2 hours on the phone to turn on commercial building power! The site states you have to call on the phone for service. Crazy!
I sent an automatic transfer form when the tenants moved out. It has been more than 2 months. I didn’t receive any status from SCE. I tried to call SCE representative, but it always answered by the auto voice messages. Terrible customer service!!!!!
