I almost got by side swiped one of your driver's today ...no number to report it doubt anything will be done about it anyway....the number on the trucks license plate is 18271x1
I appreciate that Edison workers were out here all night trying to get our power on. I even appreciate that it can simply take 39 hours to fix something that blew out. My problem is the policy of "updating" estimates every 5 hours, over and over. An honest estimate and suggestion that we pack bags of ice into our refrigerators and freezers would mean we wouldn't have spoiled food. SoCal Edison has the worst customer service. Their representatives are rude, careless, lack phone etiquette and interrupt constantly. I will be reporting Anne (customer service supervisor) in the Rosemead office. She lacks the appropriate skills for her job and should be written up for misconduct. Absolutely terrible.
You cut off the power to my neighborhood on the hottest day of the year. It's a low income neighborhood. When are you cutting off the power to Beverly Hills or the Palisades?
