Extremely rude dr. I was shocked. It was my first visit and the last. Unbelievable that he still have license..
They NEVER answer the phone. This has been the most frustrating experience with a medical office that I have every had. He does the surgery and then good luck finding him. I will be filing a complaint with the medical board because I shouldn't have to leave voicemail after voicemail after voicemail and never hear back from someone who just did the knee surgery two weeks ago and have never seen or heard from him since. This is just ridiculous. There is no one to pick up the phone at the office.
Dr Hernandez is extremely rude and condescending. No bed side manner at all. Thinks he’s better than all the other SCOI doctors. He can’t be bothered to talk you through anything. He acts annoyed with life.
Dr Hernandez could not be bothered to call me after he did my Husband’s hip replacement surgery 8 days ago. He hasn’t checked on my Husband even once after surgery either! This is completely unacceptable!!!
