Dr Hernandez is extremely rude and condescending. No bed side manner at all. Thinks he’s better than all the other SCOI doctors. He can’t be bothered to talk you through anything. He acts annoyed with life.

Dr Hernandez could not be bothered to call me after he did my Husband’s hip replacement surgery 8 days ago. He hasn’t checked on my Husband even once after surgery either! This is completely unacceptable!!!

I know his time is valuable so is mine. I wanted to explain the situation to him prior to him making a diagnostic opinion first. He said and so did his nurse before he would speak with me he wanted his own exrays. I understand that, but I wanted to discuss my situation before his decision. He came in and said he needed exrays first and doesn't have time, without listening first. His nurse said he needs exrays first? My time getting up early etc. is just as important to me.

Hernandez replaced my knee and hip. My knee is 100 percent pain free. I am only 7 weeks post op on my hip, so it is too soon to tell. His surgery scheduler, Maria Rosales, is an absolutely rude jerk if you so get to speak with her….most of the time you get her answering machine with no calls back. She was even rude to a Blue Cross supervisor when she didn’t know i was on mute on the other side.
