Re-buttle As the owner of this business for over 18 years we strive to resolve any disputes with our customers. When I got the notice of this issue I had a supervisor on the job the same day. We also performed a non- warranty call for this customer at no charge, otherwise it would have been at a cost of $400.00. I have over 5000 customers in Mobile and the surrounding area and this is the first negitive posting that I recieved.
Attached carport leaks I just paid over $3,000 for an attached carport. First rain, it leaked in 2 places. I've made 2 calls, and the salesman "hasn't found the time" to call the installers. I would not recommend this company for anything else they sell, if they don't have time to call installers to have these leaks fixed.
