Worth every penny! This roof not only dropped our electric bill almost immediately, but our homeowner's insurance just went down too because it is Class 4 rated. Service techs were friendly, showed up promptly, and worked diligently to make sure everything went into place. 10/10 highly recommend.
Best thing I ever did!! I called on a monday, they came out and installed the new roof on my singlewide that wednesday in less than 3 hours! Love the overhang, LOVE the insulation. Love how quiet it is when the wind blows and when I get a hail storm!

We first used Southern Builders over 20+ years ago on our singlewide home. Last year, a large tree fell directly on top of the house during a bad storm. Family, friends, and even the insurance adjuster were surprised how the roof, although damaged, was still intact. Now, we have a double wide and there was no question of who we were calling for the roof over. They are still fast, efficient, and friendly. Thank you Southern Builders for providing excellent service at an affordable price.
