I'm very disappointed with this company. My mom used them years ago and loved them so that's why I chose them. What started as a 4 week wait on the installation ended up being 3 months. I was the one that had to call them to get any kind of update as to when I could get mine done. Finally installed on Wednesday. The crew left screws all over I driveway, took 2 of our extension cords and today I see a gap in the roof. There's no telling how long it will take to get them to come back to fix it with 2 cords!! I am really happy with the look and quality of my roof. The technicians did a great job.
Do not do business with this company. They do not install the roof properly and when it blows off, and it will, the insurance company will not cover it because of the improper installation. When I called them and told them what the insurance company told me, they said the insurance companies always say that. They say it because it's true. Then they had the nerve to offer to put another roof on for $200.00 off! Why? So it can blow off again? Now we're having to pay for a whole new roof but this time by a reputable company tha... read more
