Great store, Horrible seamstress. DO NOT GET YOUR DRESS ALTERED BY MEME, she is the seamstress at SB. We went to talk to the owner about the way the dress was altered; they stated that, in fact, Meme did not alter the dress correctly. They were unwilling to realistically solve situation. The experience of shopping for the dress was great, but DO NOT LET MEME touch your dress. As a bride, I only want to keep others from having to buy another wedding dress shortly before their big day. Awesome experience...highly recommend Southern Bridal. From day 1, these ladies were pleasant, accommodating and patient! Beautiful selection of dresses. The staff is very helpful without being pushy... Ended up 'tweaking' the dress which took 4 alteration appointments for which they happily assisted in getting the dress fit to my liking.
The staff is the best. They made me feel very special and did not stop looking until I found MY dress! A special thank you to my bridal assistant Taylor, she's a trooper. I also want to thank Dee Dee and Brianne. I'm sure both of you could have done anything on your day off, but instead y'all came in to help me find MY dress and gave your honest opinions. The staff is super sweet and friendly! So many beautiful dresses to choose from! I highly recommend!
The sales personnel were super friendly and accommodating. We had a fabulous experience shopping for 'the dress'. They had a wide variety of choices.
