Southern Boyz General Contractor recently refurbished a historic home that has been converted into a duplex located in North Slope Tacoma. This was no easy task! The goal was to upgrade and modernize various features in the duplex without losing the historic feel. That's a hard balance to achieve. Helped me understand I could handle a project I was fairly sure I could handle. Walked me through it and helped me get it done at no cost. Respect to the homeowner massively appreciated. When I need you again, you're who I'll call for sure Edited a year later: Called again recently for 3 different issues. They were solved efficiently, at totally fair cost, and the guy was great with my fascinated toddler. Couldn't ask for more than that.

Kerry responded quickly and came same day to address the garbage disposal I broke. Went above and beyond to get the equipment for a much more complex repair than I had described (I didnt know!) and even found an additional clog 30 ft down the line (that I had, uh, made worse with my regrettable garbage disposal skills). Fair price, thorough job, quick, helpful, all around solid work. Highly recommend; Kerry was fantastic!
