Terrrible company, do not book here. My sister and I had to cancel the reservation a week before our trip as she got COVID and ended up in the hospital severely sick. They were very unhelpful, they took the whole amount from my bank account when I was specifically told that I paid 50% when booking and the other 50% when we arrived at the property. I booked a property for a bachelorette weekend for my best friend. We enjoyed the easy self-check-in process and liked the house very much. However, the reason for this negative review is that we specifically booked our house because it included access to their "resort-style heated pool" - we planned a whole day of our vacation around it and it was a big priority for our trip. We rented a property in Tybee for this week. I paid for early check in and that went fine. We booked due to the house having a small plunge pool. I contacted the rental agency to verify the pool was on property and not just the access in the next town. They confirmed. They also sent me a walk through that showed this beautiful house with 1 master bath, one 1/2 bath on the main floor, one 1/2 bath in the basement (where the rec room is) and one jack and Jill bath upstairs with the other 3 bedrooms. Loved the decor, the authentic feeling of being a part of Savannah! Great coffee shop around the corner from Southern Hall and lots of extra bells and whistles. Front porch, back porch, southern decor, and great location to see the sites of Savannah. Also works well as a home base for day trips to Tybee Island, Beaufort, Charleston, and Hilton Head.

Not very impressed for the amount of money they charge. Most of the light bulbs didn't work and no extras to replace them, fridge shelfs are missing and one broke off causing a glass bottle to fall and break and one of us cut their foot, ice maker barely worked, ac didn't work for nearly 2 days, garbage disposal backed up, patio doors didn't close or lock, ants all over the pool patio, screws and nails left on porch which people stepped on, etc etc. We wasted an entire afternoon waiting for maintenance person who never sho... read more

We would NOT recommend Southern Belle rentals to anyone. We booked a stay with them over 2 months in advance of our trip to Savannah. While already traveling, we received a call from them 2 days before our scheduled check-in letting us know that the property was no longer available due to a water leak in the shower, and they would be cancelling and refunding our stay. This left us 2 days to find somewhere else to stay on a weekend in Savannah during a busy travel time. Southern Belle would not give us any additional compensa... read more

My wife and 2 of her former college roommates and dear friends booked your property, confirmation# 5030468, aka Anderson Adobe, property # 7956003ha for May 18th – May 21st, 2020 on Jan 18th, 2020 to celebrate their 70th birthday. They take these bucket list vacations every 5 years to recognize and mark these milestones. We rented Lolas retreat on Tybee Island the week of Christmas. We were excited to get away for some quiet time and enjoy a new beach area that we had never visited. I will say right up front, that there was nothing wrong with the rental. It was near the beach and a great location with lots of room and areas to relax.
