they cancelled our may reservation and didn't give a refund, voucher, or an option to rebook. So we are out our money. that's horrible customer service and business.
I have been coming here for years and renting beautiful rentals but this time I have been so disappointed and frankly very mad. We were set to be there on vacation April 7th - April 11th and stay at the Southern Belle! Movie House Lot A but due to everything going on in the whole USA not to mention world we cancelled once we saw Tybee shutting down. This rental absolutely refused to give us a full refund. Our stay @ Green Heron on Tybee Island was the perfect spot to be out of the fray of the Savannah Music Festival, but close enough to enjoy all of the great events we attended. The location was perfect for a relaxing beach stay: one block from the beach; across the street from the walking/bike path and the YMCA. The accommodations were beautifully decorated, the bedding was over the top cushy and the views of the marsh, stunning. We enjoyed the kitchen amenities and location is walking distance to shop, eat or sightseeing. The whole process was seamless and our property had a keypad so we could go straight there instead of checking in at a different location. The property was beautiful, clean, and updated.
