Southern Belle Royal Tea: never again. Last year we celebrated my birthday here with seven friends, and it was a pleasure. The service, the tea, and the accoutrements were plentiful and delicious. This year we returned with nine of us, expecting the same, and it was mediocre and underwhelming, with service well below par. We reserved for nine, but only a table for eight was set. The food was amazing! All the flavors were excrement. The crispy carrots and fried okra was surprisingly the best dish we had! But honestly, everything was delicious. Highly recommended.
The food was good but the customer service was lacking a lot.
Nearly all of the ingredients are sourced from local farms to your table when you order! The locations of the farms are cited directly on the menu in full transparency. Quality ingredients with mouthwatering dishes and excellent service to boot.
This restaurant is only a few blocks away from us and I cannot believe it took us this long to try it. All meals are made from local farms around Georgia (and occasionally the surrounding states), and the menu apparently changes constantly. Very cozy but bright atmosphere with awesome flower arrangements on all of the tables. I saw another reviewer say "upscale but relaxed" and I think this fits.
