Condescending is an understatement. I would have given three stars had I been treated in such a manner, but since it was my 78-year-old widowed mother: I can’t give them more than one star. If you’re not a regular customer, don’t expect the Oxford location to be nice not to mention helpful. Needless to say she had to leave without her zip ties.
