I wanted to say thank you to Amanda for being so helpful and friendly, even when we were coming in towards the end of the day. We recently relocated to Rolla from Florida, and Amanda got us all set up with new accounts super quickly! ☺️
Rude, unprofessional. If their systems improperly adjust balances good luck getting it straightened out. They take no accountability and will dismiss you without even looking into the issue. Stay away from this place whether you are a customer or not.
I’ve been banking with them my whole entire life, from the moment I could breathe I had an account with them. Always will be my favorite, the people are amazing. And personable. Don’t think I could ever switch to another bank
They are not open late enough for the working person plus they are not open on Saturdays. Makes it hard on people who work later hours and can't even go on saturdays.
