Great people and very knowledgeable. I take my company trucks and my personal vehicles to them. Alot of garages and techs now days are what I consider to be "parts changers." Meaning all they do is change a part out and if that doesn't fix the issue then they order another one to change out at your expense until they finally get lucky and get the issue fixed. I manage Bluebird Broadband. We where a customer of Jim's for years and when he joined Southern Automotive we followed. We have been very pleased with everything they've done for us. They are very friendly, technically excellent, and they do the right thing, even when no one is looking. It's a pleasure to deal with this company of such integrity and professionalism.
