This is most unprofessional place I have ever had dealings with. My car broke down on in mid-July as I continued to make payments. I contacted the dealership to explain my situation in hopes that they would be compassionate. I was told by April that someone will come out to my home and pick up the vehicle to make the necessary repairs. This is a horrible business and i would not recommend it to anyone. No compassion for customers whatsoever and will repo your vehicle at the drop of a dime. Payment due on Saturday and asked to pay on Wednesday but they still had to repo the car. Even asked that due date be changed to bypass the issue of being late all together and that wasn't even an option.
