***DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE**** Horrible place to deal with. Extremely poor communication. Pointed out issues with car that needed to be fixed. Kept having to drop off car, eventhough they knew it was inconvenient for me to get someone to follow me in. First time dropping off car, they said they had to keep it for half a day. Hello Wendy -- We are truly sorry to hear you feel you had a negative experience. In our defense we covered issues on your vehicle that no other dealer would cover under an initial warranty, we went above and beyond to satisfy you but apparently you feel that was not enough. We do use pre-owned parts from low-mileage donor vehicles for some repairs, it's a used vehicle so replacing parts with used parts is common practice. This is not your stereotyoical used car place. Forget everything you know- The experience was professional, efficient, respectful and direct. He knows his stuff and he doesn’t pitch or insult your intelligence. And he’s got great sense of humor, to boot. I am sending everyone I know to this dealership.
I researched Jeeps for sale. I found a 2006 LWB Wrangler at Southern Auto Sales. I contacted John at the dealership and followed up with phone calls and emails. John was helpful, responsive and professional. I flew to Boston from Indiana. I found the Jeep as John portrayed...maybe even better. As Massachusetts doesn’t offer temporary plates, John helped research options available in Indiana. I would buy another vehicle from Southern Auto Sales.
John is the best, it is so worth the 2.5 hour drive on 95!! He is not a shady salesman and is very professional. I will make the drive for my sons car when he's ready!
