I work at a DMV doing dealer work and when my father-in-law came in to buy a truck I corrected the Manager on the Transfer Fee which he was charging $30 for. This is a flat fee of $10 regardless of if it was sold through a dealer or through a personal sale and he said he had no idea how to change it although he went in can was able to click the cursor and change the amount. I was one of the suckers who bought a car from them, and less than two months later needed multiple thousands of dollars in repairs. Their offer to make amends was to offer me a "discount" on getting my car fixed on their repair shop. I would never spend another dollar at this company, and in the grand scheme of things I hope karma hits this company back as I feel they have treated me very unfairly. There are many things I wish I could say here, but I'll bite my tongue very hard to prevent any further issues from them.

This place is a joke , they have a kid running it who knows nothing about cars or customer service for that matter. I went to this auto place which is the one in Hugo,mn to buy the Chrysler pacifica 2004 , took it for a test drive, I notice the rotors ,breaks, tie rod end where bad I ask the kid if they can.replace it bcuz it was a driving hazard he said no but.if u supply the parts we will do the labor for it , I agreed. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I was looking at a purchasing a cargo van they had (probably still have) for sale. After talking with Evan, who assured me everything on that van was fine, that their mechanic had checked it over thoroughly and said it was good to go, I decided to have it looked over by a dealership before purchasing. UNTRUSTWORTHY, SHADY, and all around a BAD PLACE! I was appalled by how easily they lied to me about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I spoke with Evan as well as Sara. Both of them at the time seemed personable and easy to like. They fooled me good. I am so glad I went to get a full check up at a Dodge dealer before buying.
