RecommendedMy bf was in search of a 06 Tahoe driver's seat (gray cloth), in which he knew it would be hard to find considering weather conditions and so forth. He searched everywhere( salvage yards up to a hour a away). I even called body shops to see if it could be fixed, no luck. This place deserves less than 1 star. I went there only to find out the owner does not stand behind his quotes over the phone. I found my parts elsewhere cheaper than the quote he wouldn't honor and I dealt with much friendlier customer service reps also. This place missed an opportunity to obtain a long and prosperous relationship with me over telling lies and greed. I hope its worth it for all the other customers business you have lost in this way. A business is only as good as its reputation.
This is a lying, cheating business owner! He quoted me one price and when I got there charged 10 dollars more than the quote. When I asked why it was different than the quote he said "it just is today". Not the way to do business at all so I give it less than 1 star. Business owner needs to cheat and lie instead of worrying about a reputation.
