Purchased vehicle from Western Branch location. Customer service was bad. They gave us the run around about fixing the rear Bumper on a 2019 Nissan Rogue. Mgr on duty could not help at all. I won't be purchasing another vehicle from them.
Be very, very wary of this auto group. Advertised low prices seem nice momentarily. Read the fine print at the bottom of the page and you realize they ‘add-in’ forced to buy crap, that’s Not listed on the Window sticker, thousands of $ in ‘extras’ you don’t want or need. ie LoJack, nobody falls for that scam anymore. Most of this crap is right out of the Fargo movie. Nitrogen filled tires for $1000, hahaha, A V O I D.
