The worst rental experience of my life. Mold in the property which they refused to fix, horrible odors, HVAC didn’t work, etc etc They would not allow us to view the property before putting down a non-refundable deposit or we would’ve never rented the place. The customer service representatives were so rude and condescending so don’t even bother trying to get help because they don’t care.
Jeff Creese is A Terrible Property Manager. He does not keep the home owners informed and is quite frankly lazy. Jeff trys to push work that is meant for the mangement company off on the homeowners.... If you are thinking about using his firm SEARCH for Another Firm..AS soon as his contract is up we will be using another company.
Company is absolute garbage. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone.
Why is it so hard to get in contact with anyone or at least get a call back? Unprofessional
All I can say is if there was a way to give them a zero, I would have!
