Good service
They genuinely care about your pets, and if you communicate with them they try to meet you where you're at budgetwise. This is an emergency vet, and they can be expensive, but they're aware of that and they're truly just looking to help. They helped save my dog from parvo!
Very friendly and compassionate staff. Made a difficult consultation more personable.
I'd love to leave a proper accurate review but they never contacted me back after I left a message to schedule an appointment for my pet... guess they aren't accepting new patients? 🤷♂️🤦
On Saturday, 6/17/23. my wife and I brought our cat Enzo to your clinic. We signed in at 8:3am. We were afraid he might have a bowel blockage, which our vet told us was potentially fatal and could not wait until she could see him. A young tech did a quick triage in the lobby and took Enzo into the back of the facility. We presumed he would be examined. After an hour we checked with the front desk to see what was going on.
