I've had the misfortune of having to use this facility 3 different times within the last 4 years and each time was unpleasant. The first time I took my dad to have his cat checked out and she was very sick so my dad had to have her put down. He owed over 300.00 for the visit and he is on social security but they insisted he had to pay the whole bill that day. Second visit, I took my dog who got hit by a car and had an injured leg, just to exam her and get xrays was over 300.00. Today we took a puppy who we found out h... read more
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE!! I WOULD RATHER GIVE NO STARS! I waited for FIVE AND A HALF HOURS when they told me it would be one or two. After three hours, they kept telling me, every half hour when I asked again, that "the vet is just writing up discharge papers and it'll only be a few more minutes" They kept telling me that for the next three hours.
