Just an update on this review. Went to appointment w/a different ENT the other day, he quickly diagnosed the problem w/plugged ear and it did not involve a nasal endoscopy, which he politely scoffed at, and it did not include a prescription for Flonase! I urge anyone thinking of going to SAENT to rethink and go elsewhere,this place is just a poor excuse for a medical facility, waste of time, not to mention money! Beware! I have been so pleased with Dr. Ray and his staff. I was having throat issues/acid reflux and they got me scheduled right away. I have a lot going on medically and after my first appointment they knew the urgency of the situation and scheduled a CT for me the very next day. They do genuinely care about their patients, and it shows. Dr. Ray discovered my deviated septum right away (I of course had no clue) and I’ve been able to do a few things since that have really helped.
