Fantastic
I’ve had three appointments in a short time span and all of them have been on time. The staff is very polite and professional. Dr. Ray is excellent. He has provided clear next steps after each visit and the staff is excellent with follow up calls.
Dr. Ray is so amazing and personable!! What I appreciate most is the great bedside manner. They really know what they are doing and offer so many services and suggestions. They are willing to go the extra mile!! All the staff is kind and personable and even the FNP Lauren is so informative and experienced! The whole process was very enjoyable and informative and I would highly recommend them!!!
I really like Dr. Ray. He did a great job on my surgery, is wonderful at answering questions, and made sure I could continue my care when he moved to his own practice. However, since he opened SAZENT, I've been disappointed. The wait time to actually see him hasn't improved...it's always well after the scheduled time. Even worse, twice now they have changed my appointment time without notifying me. I find out through the reminder email a few days before so I don't have time to adjust my work schedule.
