Hi there! From the moment I stepped out of my car in the lot to look at vehicles we were greeted with love. All the staff we met was amazing and when one thing didn’t work they made sure they could get me in something that was suitable for my family. We live in Payson and I was at a church conference and went and drove away in a new car. I 100% recommend Borderland Chevrolet GMC. The owner Mark is down right amazing! We felt the love! I scheduled an appointment on May 2, 2025, to have the gaskets on the manifold replaced. After spending several hours at the service department, I was informed that they could not complete the work because the required tool was broken. They stated that a replacement tool had been ordered, but there was no estimated time of arrival. As of today, June 18, 2025, the tool has still not arrived.
