Friendly staff, consistently on time (if not early), and are always courteous while they are working in our store. They have always provided us with quick and efficient service. Ron from Southern Alarm came to locate a mysterious beep that had been unable to be identified for weeks by two other diligent hunters. His dedicated exploration found the cause to be a discarded nest unit under a sink! The relief was instant and much appreciated. Called southern alarm 1st thing in the morning after a trouble code went off in the middle of the night. Ron was here in 20 minutes, replaced the part, proactively replaced another one that was soon to expire, and told me about their 24 hr phone number that is available to all customers. Great company but fantastic professional service team. You've got me as a customer for life! Thanks for the quick and solid repairs.
