At 930am they told me a technician would call before he came at 7pm. Being 100 degrees in my house, I went up the road to wait the entire day in a cooler area. They did not call, I got a message someone came at 640pm and left at 641pm. I called to see why they expected me to be home before 7 in a hot house waiting and all I got was an AI person. I don't even know if they plan to come back or reschedule.
I was not happy. When I had called about my air conditioner I let them know that my thermostat was not working. The person that I talked to said that’s fine all our trucks are stocked with everything. So when the technician showed up he didn’t have a clue why he was coming and also didn’t have a single thermostat to fix mine. So now I have to wait. Not happy
Prompt. Called closer to arrival time. Checked unit. Gave estimated cost. Shared info on service contract that they offer. Friendly . Pleased with the service!
Technician arrived, checked inside system and reported to unit outside. Immediately determined that unit needed compositor. New part installed. Unit back online. Technician confirmed that outside was properly operating. Rechecked inside to insure that cooling was re established. Offered monthly maintenance. Did a superior job representing your firm. Professional and courteous.
Communication is lacking! The dispatcher doesn’t call when promised. I called at 8am and was told the dispatcher would call me back to schedule a time for the repair. Didn’t hear from them so I called at noon and was told I had an appointment at 4pm. I called again at 5pm and was told my appointment was scheduled between 4p-6p and the technician would call when he was 30 minutes out. No call. He arrived at 5:30pm.
