Josh was very knowledgeable about the problem I'm experiencing with my water heaters. He ordered replacement parts as a first step in correcting the problem. He engaged in conversation about the problem also being experienced by other owners of the same model and discussed other options if the new parts didn't help. I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience and would highly recommend him as a plumber.
