Kyle performed my semi annual inspection and was very professional and knowledgeable. He found an issue with my HVAC unit created by another well know company that could have caused injury. He explained the issue, offered to disconnect the equipment causing the issue, he advised I could either replace it or not. I asked him to give me a price for a new unit and after further research, he realized it was wired incorrectly, so he’l re- wired it and didn’t not charge me. I've used Southern Air for two separate issues over the past year. My 13 year old system was acting up. Kelly Smith provided a thorough diagnosis and review of my options. I considered my time and expense trying to repair my old system vs a new one. No pressure was applied. Since I have no desire to move we decided on a new 2 stage variable speed system.
