It's not often a company comes in and impresses me, however Southern Air Mechanical, LLC did just that. We all hate to have our A/C go out, need repairs or worse, replacement. These guys made it painless from start to finish. No pressure or sales pitch and when I called on a Thursday to say we were ready to go they were able to be here Monday. Had John out for my Summer Maintenance Checkup. He was very courteous and friendly, and respectful of Property. He really inspected everything and made sure all things were in working order and correct. He did find that the insulation around the fan had come loose and fixed that to make sure that it didn't come loose again. He also washed down the Outside unit to make sure it was clean and changed out my filter. I was very pleased with the Service and Highly Recommend !!! Good Communication with Company and Service Tech.

Kyle from Southern Air Mechanical arrived on time and was able to service our AC unit quickly. He was very professional and helpful in explaining not only the problem, but what we can do to prevent further issues. We appreciate all of the work that Southern Air Mechanical has done for us.
