I had a great experience with the service person who visited. However, my interaction with Leslie in the office was disappointing. When I asked about the invoice, Leslie's response what was I expecting I was looking for a detailed breakdown, which is a reasonable expectations . I remembered having a wonderful experience when we replaced are unit several years ago. Clint and Amanda where amazing to work with back then very professional and wonderful Times have changed for sure

It's not often a company comes in and impresses me, however Southern Air Mechanical, LLC did just that. We all hate to have our A/C go out, need repairs or worse, replacement. These guys made it painless from start to finish. No pressure or sales pitch and when I called on a Thursday to say we were ready to go they were able to be here Monday. Had John out for my Summer Maintenance Checkup. He was very courteous and friendly, and respectful of Property. He really inspected everything and made sure all things were in working order and correct. He did find that the insulation around the fan had come loose and fixed that to make sure that it didn't come loose again. He also washed down the Outside unit to make sure it was clean and changed out my filter. I was very pleased with the Service and Highly Recommend !!! Good Communication with Company and Service Tech.
