I would never recommend these people to anyone! I called because my air conditioner was not blowing cool air. Simple problem. A technician comes out and says my unit was 20 + years old and I needed to replace the whole thing and it would be $21,000 …. My air conditioner is a 2017 model.. make that make sense… I had to pay this guy $89 just to come out and look at my stuff. The tech, was very polite. But the prices are crazy high. The price of installation of fill valve, and tank to bowl kit. Was 517.33. That is hard on a widow women..

I would never use these crooks again & neither should you!!! I tried giving them the benefit and look away from the reviews but lesson learned. I had a backflow install for irrigation which is ridiculously overpriced but we’re limited here in town. At the time Dillon Hillman, the technician, was a great guy with a good attitude and knocked out the install with no issue, but of course that was too good to be true. I originally called due to an HVAC issue. The tech came out, heard about the problem, and said it sounded like it would be an easy fix. An hour or so later, he says “you’re going to want to go inside for this.” He launches into a prepared pitch about how valuable the company’s warranties, services, and payment plans are before even telling me the diagnosis. Once he gets to it… $15,000 to replace my HVAC. The tech himself was friendly and seemed knowledgeable but that didn’t sit well with me. Long story short, I get a second ... read more
