Tech arrived and immediately diagnosed/fixed the issue. He was professional and polite. Would definitely call again if I have a heating issue.
I have been using Southern for over 20 years and will continue to as long as they keep servicing the Hernando area. For repair and maintenance, they are knowledgeable, courteous and reasonably-priced.
Kyle and Alyssa were quick, professional, friendly and got the job done. I’m thankful for the service, explanations, and good work.
Their communication to get someone out was great and quick. They were not able to fix the issue with the gas fireplace. I still had to pay the full service fee immediately, even though my wife told the tech there was a mess in front of the fireplace from where he used the air and he did not clean it up. I called to follow up and they said they were working on a quote for a price, for what I paid, I thought I would hear back that day.
