Y'all don't EVER do business with Southern Air total rip off!!!!!!! Business doesn't stand behind the diagnosis given even if it's wrong. And instead of sending someone else out they argue with me and my husband on the phone for at least 30 minutes. Is a $79 fee that important, are y'all really hard up on a dollar over a service call? Jeremy P******* and his crew of installers did an excellent job putting in my new AC system. They were fast, efficient and always pleasant. Arrangements for financing was very efficient with great terms.
RecommendedThey were very professional and timely. Mr. Robert had our AC fixed in no time and was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

We finally decided it was time to replace our AC and decided to get a couple of estimates. We filled out the online request on Southern Air's website, late on a Thursday night. Friday morning at 8:15 AM, I received a call from Southern Air and had an appointment set for the same day for an estimate. I called another local company and was told the person who gives estimates would call me back. We just had the pleasure of having Matthew and Steve come out to replace our AC system. We are so thoroughly impressed by the service provided by these two gentleman but also by the service provided by the entire company. They were very professional and courteous and left their work area cleaner than it was when they started.
