Been coming here a long time, very disappointed when they took off the pretzel from the menu, came back to check and it’s still gone. A few days ago we ordered the burger and it was absolutely BURNT, we did not order it well done either, the edges of the patty were black and hard like charcoal, we were pressed for time so we ate what we could from the inside of the meat.
