I cannot recommend this Southerland highly enough! They recently completed a major project in my home, and the results are nothing short of incredible. I originally reached out because of ice dam damage in my dining room, but they completely turned the situation around, delivering a flawless repair. Dwain is extraordinarily communicative, prompt, and honest — everything you would want in a GC. They worked within the timeline we discussed, kept the job site safe and clean, and updated us every step of the way. The quality of work is everything we hoped for and we love our new space!
Dwain and Southerland Flooring and Home Improvement did a fantastic job of totally renovating our condo. Moved a wall, gutted two bathrooms, installed new wood flooring and carpets, painted, replaced the kitchen counter tops, painted, updated doors and closets, etc, etc! Dwain and his team worked with the condo staff, (and the neighbors) and communicated with us regularly on progress and options. Enjoyable experience and great results. Highly recommended! Dwain and his team (huge shout-out to Russ and Scott!) were absolutely fantastic to work with on our recent kitchen remodel and installation of LVP flooring throughout the first floor of our 50s-era home. Can't thank Dwain and his team enough for this much needed (that CANNOT be overstated!) bathroom reno. They did beautiful work with an impeccable eye for detail, and during the construction were so easy to work with. Most of all, Dwain knew I was having surgery and needed a usable first floor bath, and knowing he'd keep his word on getting it completed in time meant a ton! Appreciate you guys!!! Thanks again!
