We couldn’t be more pleased with the work of Southerland Flooring and Home Improvement on our basement renovation. The entire team was amazing. Dwain is extraordinarily communicative, prompt, and honest — everything you would want in a GC. They worked within the timeline we discussed, kept the job site safe and clean, and updated us every step of the way. The quality of work is everything we hoped for and we love our new space!
Can't thank Dwain and his team enough for this much needed (that CANNOT be overstated!) bathroom reno. They did beautiful work with an impeccable eye for detail, and during the construction were so easy to work with. Most of all, Dwain knew I was having surgery and needed a usable first floor bath, and knowing he'd keep his word on getting it completed in time meant a ton! Appreciate you guys!!! Thanks again!
I couldn't be more pleased with my new bathroom. The workmanship is 200% . The time frame was just as promised. I enjoyed the crew, very polite , courteous and knowledgeable. Each day we went over things so on the last day it was truly a finished job. I am so glad I chose Southerland for this project. I highly recommend you give them a call for your next project. They are well worth every penny, and as the saying goes," you get what you pay for " and satisfaction qarenteed!!!!
Dwain and Southerland Flooring and Home Improvement did a fantastic job of totally renovating our condo. Moved a wall, gutted two bathrooms, installed new wood flooring and carpets, painted, replaced the kitchen counter tops, painted, updated doors and closets, etc, etc! Dwain and his team worked with the condo staff, (and the neighbors) and communicated with us regularly on progress and options. Enjoyable experience and great results. Highly recommended! (some before and after pictures are included)
Highly recommend Southerland Flooring and Contracting. Been working with them for years for flooring in our rental property. In December when our usual contractor quit on us mid -project, Dwain stepped in with his team and helped us to get everything taken care of and left our unit in tip-top shape. We had many bumps along the road with this project including some drama with the gutter/roof on the other side of our rental duplex and with every twist and turn they were there to offer advice and assistance.
