My house was under contract to close on July 15 and we had our hot water tank flood the basement on the Fourth of July thankfully, Dwain and his team worked around the clock and around Serv Pro and got the job done for the house to still close on time!!! The Quality of work in such a little bit of time was unbelievable. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Cannot thank them enough. The basement looks beautiful. The new owners are very pleased!!!!!
Southerland Flooring was very accommodating and easy to work with. We enjoyed having them in our home. Everything was kept spotless. Both of our bathrooms are now beautiful thanks to their excellent craftsmanship. Bob was a master at focusing on all the details and problem solving. Dwain was flexible and a true pleasure to work with through the entire process. We will definitely use Southerland Flooring and Remodeling for any future projects.
Dwain and Southerland Flooring and Home Improvement did a fantastic job of totally renovating our condo. Moved a wall, gutted two bathrooms, installed new wood flooring and carpets, painted, replaced the kitchen counter tops, painted, updated doors and closets, etc, etc! Dwain and his team worked with the condo staff, (and the neighbors) and communicated with us regularly on progress and options. Enjoyable experience and great results. Highly recommended!
