Unprofessional, Inefficient, and Completely Lacks Empathy for Elderly Patients I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and basic care at this clinic. We utilized their walk-in service for my elderly mother, and the entire experience was deeply frustrating due to flawed processes and poor communication. Dr Mbanza is knowledgeable and very thorough in his care. He is empathetic and takes the time to listen to your concerns and doesn’t make you feel rushed. His communications regarding therapy plan are clear and effective.
