This place is ridiculous. Can never reach the office. It doesn’t even ring when you call all you get is hung up on. I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to get ahold of this place. Absolutely ridiculous
Ladies at front desk were nice, Dr. Jain in the other hand was very rude. Could have been a bad day, but still, you never know the weight that patients bring in and to be met with rudeness.. smh.

Just called for a sooner appt was grateful they were getting me in but got a confirmation for wrong date and time so called back and a "supervisor" named Keisha was super rude for me just figuring out my appt, this is a medical business and you treat patients that way no I'm good would not recommend to ANYONE for louisville location.
All of the ladies in the office are amazing. Even though you’re there for medical reasons you leave laughing and happy they’re all so great. The doctor is caring she ask questions about how you feel and takes lab work to make sure everything looks good. I really couldn’t be happier when it comes to my appointments with them. They are fantastic.
