Bluecare needs to contract with a new company. This one is so terrible, it's practically a scam. Getting them to actually reimburse gas for doctors appointments, a benefit or bluecare we are eligible for, is practically impossible. I have to call 4-5 times each appointment and still receive ZERO help until I demand to escalate the situation to a supervisor. Every. Single. Appointment. For over a year. This is ridiculous.
