Contacted Southeastern Garage Door Services late last evening due to my garage door not operating. Immediate response & arrived at 9 am the very next morning to troubleshoot & repair. Chris was very knowledgeable & had the problem fixed very quickly. Will definitely use them again when needed. Thanks Chris!!
They got back to me the next day with a quote, and were able to install the same day. Prices were fair given they are installing and providing the opener. Techs were prompt, professional, and extremely helpful with setting up the app. Only room for improvement I can see the business needing is an online pay option for their website.
Very impressed by Wade and the customer service of Southeastern Wyoming Garage Doors! I had my garage motor replaced 3 years ago, and had great service at that time. Called today to discuss replacing my garage door. He noticed a problem with my current door, and fixed it right away. I called and spoke with Wade about the project. He has been selling and installing garage doors for over 30 years. He knows all the brands, pros and cons of each, and now carries the 3 best ones in the market. Excellent communication, quoting, consulting, ordering and installation all done promptly. We love the doors, airtight and very attractive. 5+ stars and a genuine "Thank You" to Wade, Cameron and the rest of the team!
Exceptionally fast, efficient and reasonably-priced service. I called on Friday morning, and they were able to get a new garage door opener installed on Friday afternoon. Very responsive and high-quality service. Highly recommend!
